This is a load of bull I own a galaxy nexus my brother and mother own the newest version of the iPhone and I love my nexus way more than I love their iPhones...this is just a sad excuse to knock Samsung and google down because they are gaining on apple

Bull. I'm selling my iphone on amazon today just to get the nexus for jelly bean and this happens to Apple. Thank god I bought the 10.1 instead of the iPad.

This is nothing more than a desperate measure by Apple to eliminate its biggest competitor, Samsung. We should all just stop buying i-devices to teach Apple a lesson and show it that we, consumers, are the ones who have the last word.

So... let me get this straight.... Apple is suing Google over search capabilities......?

This is ridiculous. Personally, I think the iphone is a piece of **** and the Galaxy Nexus blows it away. I have had the iphone4 and by no means is it better than Android. Apple is just money hungry scumbags.

Tell you what i think. Apple will lose in the end. Consumers already have shared their opinion about apple and it patent trolling.
A well respected appeals judge has already said apples patent claims are "ridiculous" and tossed out apples and motorolas claims against each other. Ironically, it was over one of the patents in this case.

we shall see and apple will lose its 96 million and continue to lose its market share for its outdated non innovated smartphones.
